Our Signature Flow, you'll get lost in the rhythm of your own breath and movement. This 60 minute heated class starts with breathing and grounding, followed by challenging and mindfully-designed sequence of poses with a curated playlist. Truly building heat as we go! This practice invites students to explore new ways of moving, offering a challenging yet liberating experience that promotes overall well-being, emotional release, and a deeper connection to the body and mind.
"Practice + Play focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging a playful attitude that invites you to step out of your comfort zone. Starting with foundational poses, beginners are taught to adjust and modify where needed, while intermediate or OG yogis are invited to go further! This class encourages ALL to experiment with different variations of poses, discover new edges, and find joy in the process.
This deep stretch class creates a better sense of balance, connection, and peace of mind. Poses can be held slightly longer in order to challenge the mind, and increase muscle blood flow. Let's restore and rejuvenate. Great for beginners, we spend majority of class down on the mat, exploring our breath, and grounding!
