Kick off Downtown's First Friday at Embodhi- First Flow Friday

• 45 minutes of flow: kick off your weekend with an energizing all-levels yoga class led by our skilled instructors.
   
• Post-class celebration: stick around to enjoy a yimosa, connect with friends, and toast to the start of the weekend in true Embodhi style.

Yoga at the Greenhouse is back! 

• 60-minute flow: Join us on the 1st Sunday of the month as we flow surrounded by beautiful greenery and the sounds of Guilford Garden Center. 
• Matcha and Plant Shop: Sip your favorite Matcha Mamas and stroll through the garden center. Namaste to a perfect Sunday morning

The studio just got a whole lot cozier

• 45 minutes of pilates: We'll start the night with a signature Pilates flow to help melt into our mats
• 7pm Movie Night in the Studio: Get cozy and connect. Bring your favorite blankets, snacks, bevs and besties to your new favorite summer night in (ish). This summer we're with our people, not sitting in the house solo. Find your community, here. 

Free Community Walk

•  Meet at Embodhi @ 10 am for a Sunday Stroll with one your Embodhi instructors. No membership required. Dogs (friendly) welcome!
